Soccer Game Preview: Forest Hill vs. Raymond

The Forest Hill Patriots and the Raymond Rangers will compete for holiday cheer at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Forest Hill managed to keep up with Terry until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Patriots came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 5-0. Forest Hill have struggled against Terry recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Raymond fell victim to Richland and their airtight defense back in November. They lost 7-0 to Richland.

Forest Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Raymond, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Forest Hill couldn't quite get it done against Raymond in their previous matchup back in December of 2019 as they fell 4-2. Can the Patriots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
