Soccer Recap: Stone Memorial Takes a Loss

Despite a strong season so far, Stone Memorial has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They lost 4-1 to the Franklin County Rebels on Monday. If Stone Memorial were looking for revenge after losing 4-0 to Franklin County when the teams met back in March of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Stone Memorial's goal came courtesy of Noah Potter, who's now up to 13 this season.

Stone Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Franklin County, their victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5-3.

Stone Memorial does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Franklin County, they will welcome Central Magnet at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
