Soccer Recap: Biloxi Plays Ranked Match

Biloxi faced Tupelo in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. Neither the Indians nor the Golden Wave could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Biloxi have been dealt a draw since back in November.

With that draw, Biloxi's record moves to 7-6-6. Meanwhile, Tupelo's record is now 9-3-4.

Biloxi wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 0-0 draw against Hartfield Academy on the 20th. As for Tupelo, they will have to wait a while for a more definitive result, as their next game is a ways away: they'll take on Hernando at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
