Recap: Hawaiian Mission Academy Knights vs. ASSETS Admirals

The Hawaiian Mission Academy Knights waltzed into their game on Wednesday with six straight wins but they left with seven. They strolled past ASSETS with points to spare, taking the game 56-37. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Hawaiian Mission Academy also won the last time the pair played last Monday.

Among those leading the charge was Rodnyl Tuscano, who scored 23 points along with six rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zion Slade, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Hawaiian Mission Academy pushed their record up to 7-4 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.3 points per game. As for ASSETS, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hawaiian Mission Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Island Pacific Academy at 6:30 p.m. on January 29th. ASSETS will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lanakila Baptist at 5:00 p.m. on January 29th.
