Basketball Recap: Unalaska Comes Up Short

Unalaska played a tough game on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 47-18 loss at the hands of the Seward Seahawks. The contest marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Unalaska has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Seward, the win (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 17-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Unalaska won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Lumen Christi at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seward, they will venture away from home to take on Ninilchik at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
