Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Milton). They came out on top against the Needham Rockets by a score of 6-3 on Wednesday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Wildcats with their most commanding win of the season.

Milton's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Needham, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Coming up, Milton will be playing in front of their home fans against Boston Latin Academy at 12:00 p.m. on the 26th. As for Needham, they will head out to square off against Braintree at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
