Soccer Recap: Chicago Academy vs. Steinmetz College Prep

They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Steinmetz College Prep Silver Streaks 2-1. Chicago Academy wouldn't have won without Maribel Correa, who scored the game-winner.
Chicago Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Steinmetz College Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Chicago Academy will head out on the road to take on Walther Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Chicago Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season. Steinmetz College Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
