O'Connor had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. They blew past the Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 last Tuesday.

While O'Connor won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-22, 25-12.
