Basketball Recap: Clover Garden School Grizzlies vs. Woods Charter Wolves
Clover Garden School lost against Woods Charter back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Clover Garden School Grizzlies lost 63-40 to the Woods Charter Wolves. The Grizzlies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Clover Garden School lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ethan Saunders, who went 5-for-7 on his way to 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden DeAlto, who posted four points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Even though they lost, Clover Garden School smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in seven consecutive games.
