Soccer Recap: Smith County Comes Up Short

Smith County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the DeKalb County Tigers. That's two games in a row now that the Owls have lost by exactly two goals.

Smith County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Smith County will head out to square off against Wilson Central at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for DeKalb County, they will head out on the road to face off against Upperman at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be DeKalb County's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
