Volleyball Recap: Warsaw Wins Going Away Against Northridge

Warsaw's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Northridge Raiders with a sharp 3-0 win.

Warsaw never let Northridge on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19, 25-23.

Warsaw's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Northridge, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-10.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. After both having extra time off, Warsaw and Penn will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Northridge, they will take on South Bend Adams at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Raiders are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
