Volleyball Recap: Cedarville Takes a Loss

The Cedarville Indians didn't have quite enough to beat the Dayton Christian WARRIORS on Monday and fell 3-2. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Cedarville sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 14-25, 25-16, 23-25, 15-6.

Cedarville now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Dayton Christian, their victory was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Cedarville will welcome Greenon at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dayton Christian, they will square off against Madison at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
