Celina is a perfect 10-0 against Bonham since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Bobcats will face off against the Warriors at 5:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Celina has three straight victories, Bonham has seven straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Celina had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the four-goal drubbing they dealt Pilot Point on Friday. The Bobcats were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Bearcats. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Celina considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Meanwhile, Bonham came up short against Richland on Saturday, falling 6-1. While losing is never fun, Bonham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 761st, while Richland are ranked 183rd).

Celina's win bumped their record up to 7-8-4. As for Bonham, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.

Celina beat Bonham 2-0 in their previous matchup back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bobcats since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
