Football Game Preview: Cavalier vs. Lakota/Dakota Prairie

On Friday Cavalier take on Lakota/Dakota Prairie at 7:00 PM. Cavalier are the favorites in this one -- although they were the favorites in their last match, too, so the odds might count for a little less.

The last time they met, Cavalier were the 48-18 winner over Larimore. This time around? They had no such luck. Last Friday, Cavalier lost to Larimore by a decisive 30-48 margin. Cavalier's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Lakota/Dakota Prairie lost to New Rockford-Sheyenne, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 8-66.

Everything went Cavalier's way against Lakota/Dakota Prairie the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 38-8 win.
