Volleyball Game Preview: MMI Preparatory School vs. Delaware Valley Warriors

MMI Preparatory School hasn't had much luck against Delaware Valley recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. MMI Preparatory School will head out to challenge Delaware Valley at 4:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

MMI Preparatory School came up short against Hazleton Area on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-8, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Delaware Valley didn't have quite enough to beat Holy Redeemer on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Royals recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Delaware Valley sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 21-25, 25-15, 17-25, 15-10.

MMI Preparatory School's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Delaware Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

MMI Preparatory School suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Delaware Valley when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can MMI Preparatory School avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
