Basketball Recap: Johnson Comes Up Short

Johnson suffered their biggest loss since January 15th on Wednesday. They took a blow against the St. Rita Mustangs, falling 76-31.

Johnson's loss came despite strong showings from Adriene Collier and Jayden McNeil. Collier went 6-for-13 en route to 16 points, while McNeil posted eight points.

Johnson's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. Rita, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Johnson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 85-27 loss against Richards on the 28th. As for St. Rita, they have also already played their next game, a 62-55 victory against Hancock on the 30th.
