Basketball Recap: Harrison Find Success

Harrison hadn't done well against North Arlington recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Harrison Blue Tide managed a 43-39 win over the North Arlington Vikings. This was payback for the Blue Tide, who suffered a 36-26 loss the last time these two teams met.

Harrison's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for North Arlington, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 2-1.

Harrison and New Milford will round out the year against one another at at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Arlington, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Secaucus at 4:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
