Soccer Recap: Hubbard Picks Up Second Consecutive Win

Agricultural Science kept up with Hubbard until halftime on Monday, but afterwards: not so much. The Greyhounds' defense stepped up to hand the Cyclones a 3-0 shutout. That's two games straight that Hubbard have won by exactly three goals.

The win made it two in a row for Hubbard and bumps their season record up to 3-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored six goals over those two matchups. As for Agricultural Science, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1-1 and their overall record down to 2-2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Hubbard is set to take on their familiar foe Kelly at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd. Meanwhile, Agricultural Science will challenge rival Farragut at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
