Soccer Game Preview: Stargate School vs. Denver Christian + How To Watch

The Stargate School Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Denver Christian Thunder at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Stargate School will be strutting in after a win while Denver Christian will be coming in after a defeat.

If Denver Christian heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Stargate School took over last week. The Eagles came out on top against Prospect Ridge Academy by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Stargate School's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 50th, while Prospect Ridge Academy are ranked 178th).

Stargate School hit Prospect Ridge Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Shane Frahm, Kellen McGilvray, and Luke Oyer.

Meanwhile, after soaring to eight goals the game before, Denver Christian was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 6-0 to Kent Denver.

Stargate School's victory bumped their record up to 8-3-3. As for Denver Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.
