Baseball Recap: Goldthwaite Eagles vs. Bangs Dragons
Goldthwaite's last matchup with Bangs could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Goldthwaite Eagles came up short against the Bangs Dragons, falling 13-3. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Dragons recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.
Goldthwaite got a good showing from Wyatt Jones, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
