Basketball Game Preview: Lone Oak Buffaloes vs. Winnsboro Raiders

The Lone Oak Buffaloes will square off against the Winnsboro Raiders at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Winnsboro took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Lone Oak, who comes in off a win.

Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Lone Oak beat Rains 51-46.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 54-26, which was the final score in Winnsboro's tilt against Chisum on Friday. The matchup marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lone Oak is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-12 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.0 points per game. As for Winnsboro, they dropped their record down to 7-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
