Baseball Recap: Parkland Takes a Loss

Parkland fell victim to R.J. Reynolds and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Demons, falling 10-0. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Parkland's record now sits at 1-13. As for R.J. Reynolds, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkland will head out to take on Walkertown at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wolfpack have averaged an impressive 13.1 runs per game this season. As for R.J. Reynolds, they are taking a road trip to challenge North Stokes at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Vikings' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Demons' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
