Baseball Game Preview: Comanche Indians vs. Davis Wolves

The Comanche Indians will take on the Davis Wolves at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Comanche beat Dickson 4-1. The victory continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Comets: they've now won eight in a row.

Meanwhile, in Tuesday's Canine Competition, Davis came out on top. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over Lexington on Tuesday. Considering the Wolves have won 12 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Davis has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Comanche, their victory bumped their record up to 11-13.
