Baseball Recap: Hillcrest Extends Road Winning Streak to Nine

Hillcrest won the last time they faced Demopolis and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hillcrest Patriots came out on top against the Demopolis Tigers by a score of 5-2.

Hillcrest's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-3. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. As for Demopolis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Hillcrest will face off against Northridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
