Basketball Recap: Tri County Area Comes Up Short

Tri County Area came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were dealt a 59-27 loss at the hands of the Reed City Coyotes. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Coyotes: they've now lost six in a row.

Tri County Area's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Reed City, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-12.

Coming up, Tri County Area will challenge Fremont at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fremont will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Tri County Area surely won't give up without a fight. As for Reed City, they will square off against Ithaca at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
