Soccer Recap: Bowie Starts Season with Draw at Home

Bowie kicked off their season on Friday but they'll have to wait until their next contest for a more definitive result. Neither they nor the Bel Air Highlanders could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bowie will take on Hanks in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bel Air, they won't get a chance for a more definitive result for a while: they'll take on Liberty Hill at 5:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.
