Volleyball Recap: New Albany Snags Sixth Victory in Last Seven Games

New Albany won the last time they faced North Pontotoc, and Lizzie Moore did her part to make sure it happened again. The Bulldogs blew past the Vikings 3-0 on Thursday for which the team can thank Moore, who had 12 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

New Albany is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-8-2 record this season. As for North Pontotoc, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.

New Albany wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Ripley on the 8th. As for North Pontotoc, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against West Union on the 8th.
