Cascade waltzed into their contest  on Saturday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. Everything went their way against the Fishers Tigers as they made off with  a  16-8 victory. The Cadets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by six  runs or more this season.
 Lacie Godby was a standout: she went 4-for-5 with five  RBI, two  runs,  and one  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ava Allen, who  went 4-for-5 with three  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double.
 Cascade  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .587. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fishers only posted  an  OBP of  .375.
Cascade pushed their record up to 16-5 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for Fishers,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 13-9.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cascade will host West Vigo  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Fishers, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Franklin Central  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday.
