Volleyball Game Preview: Centennial Apaches vs. Inglewood Sentinels

Centennial is on a five-game streak of home losses, and Inglewood a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Centennial Apaches will look to defend their home court against the Inglewood Sentinels at 3:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Centennial came up short against Morningside on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

While Centennial was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Morningside's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-20, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Inglewood lost 3-0 to Morningside on Thursday.

While Inglewood ultimately came up short, they really made Morningside work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-23, 27-25, 25-17.

Inglewood's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Centennial, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.
