Baseball Recap: CSTHEA Has No Trouble Against Non Varsity Opponent

CSTHEA barely beat Non Varsity Opponent the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Patriots were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over Non Varsity Opponent on Monday. The Patriots haven't had any issues with Non Varsity Opponent recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

CSTHEA let Pierse Jackson and Andrew Kerley run wild. Jackson got on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Kerley went 1-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one run. That's the most RBI Jackson has posted since back in March.

CSTHEA's victory bumped their record up to 8-11-1.

CSTHEA does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they will square off against Modoc at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Braves' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Non Varsity Opponent's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
