Volleyball Recap: Bloomfield's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home + How To Watch

Bloomfield lost against Robertson back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bobcats fell 3-1 to the Cardinals.

Bloomfield started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-21, 25-19, 27-25.

Kailani Mariano paced Bloomfield's offense, picking up 21 kills. Mariano got some help from Delanna Russell and her 21 assists. Finally, McKenzie Williams kept Bloomfield's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Bloomfield's defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-9. As for Robertson, the victory snapped their losing streak at six matches and leaves them with a 7-9 record.

Bloomfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Gallup on the 14th. As for Robertson, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against West Las Vegas on the 14th.
