After a string of four wins, Portsmouth's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of the South Kingstown Rebels by a score of 3-2.

Portsmouth's defeat dropped their record down to 14-2. As for South Kingstown, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Portsmouth will take on Block Island at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Kingstown, they will face off against Toll Gate at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Rebels are facing the Titans at the right time seeing as the Titans are stuck on a 13-game losing streak.
