Westerville North is hoping to do what Jonathan Alder couldn't on Monday: put an end to Westerville Central's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Westerville Central came out on top against Jonathan Alder by a score of 45-35. Given the Warhawks' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 262nd, while the Pioneers are ranked 580th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Westerville North played a tough matchup on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 71-39 defeat at the hands of Centennial. The Warriors were down 57-26 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Westerville Central has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Westerville North, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.

Everything came up roses for Westerville Central against Westerville North in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, as the squad secured a 60-30 victory.
