Volleyball Recap: East Valley Gets the Win + How To Watch

East Valley won the last time they faced Cle Elum-Roslyn and things went their way on Saturday too. The Red Devils walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Warriors. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Devils.

East Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-20, 25-19, 25-18.

Despite the defeat, Cle Elum-Roslyn had strong showings from Audrey Teh, who had 14 assists and ten digs, and Charlotte Nansel, who had ten blocks and five digs. Teh is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

East Valley now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Cle Elum-Roslyn, their loss ended a six-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-3.

Coming up, East Valley will venture away from home to take on Ellensburg at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cle Elum-Roslyn, they will host Goldendale at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
