After both having extra time off, the Reseda Regents and the Monroe Vikings will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Reseda will be strutting in after a victory while Monroe will be coming in after a loss.

Meanwhile, Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch last Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 74-49 to Castaic.
Loss or not, Monroe got some senior leadership from Brandon Carrillo and Jorge Hernandez. Carrillo scored 13 points, while Hernandez posted 11 points.
Reseda came up short against Monroe in their previous matchup back in December of 2016, falling 49-38. Thankfully for Reseda, Anthony Ventura (who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
