Sequoyah let Inola stack six runs on them in the first inning on Monday but luckily Sequoyah prevailed anyway. The Eagles came out on top against the Longhorns by a score of 10-7. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Longhorns on April 2nd, they had to take a 4-3 defeat.

Sequoyah's victory bumped their record up to 14-15. As for Inola, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-7.

Looking ahead, Sequoyah will face off against Verdigris at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Cardinals will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. Inola does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
