The home team had won the previous four meetings between Snowflake and Thatcher, and Snowflake kept the tradition alive. The Lobos came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. This was a revenge game for the Lobos: when they faced off against the Eagles two weeks ago, they had to take a 2-0 defeat.

Snowflake was led to victory by Lucy Lyman and Taya Schneider. Lyman had 12 digs and one assist, while Schneider had seven assists.

Snowflake is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Thatcher, they dropped their record down to 5-10 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Snowflake wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Blue Ridge on the 20th. As for Thatcher, they will head out to take on Safford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
