Softball Game Preview: South Choctaw Academy Rebels vs. Snook Christian Academy Eagles

South Choctaw Academy has gone 9-1 against Snook Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The South Choctaw Academy Rebels will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Snook Christian Academy Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

South Choctaw Academy is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Ezekiel Academy just ended the team's five-game winning streak dating back to last season last Saturday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 12-6.

Kyla Williamson was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. Dixe Perry was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Snook Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 15-3 to Jackson Academy.

Snook Christian Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alyssa Hayes, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

South Choctaw Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Snook Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.
