Holyoke is 9-1 against Burlington since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Dragons will host the Cougars at 3:00 p.m.

On Friday, Holyoke didn't have quite enough to beat Wiggins and fell 3-2. The loss continues a trend for the Dragons in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost four in a row.

Holyoke took Wiggins into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking six-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-19, 23-25, 20-25, 15-9.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Burlington faced off against Flagler on Tuesday. The Cougars came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

The victory didn't come easy: Flagler scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 21-25, 25-22, 25-19.

Holyoke's defeat dropped their record down to 18-4. As for Burlington, their win bumped their record up to 14-7.
