Basketball Recap: Tewksbury Memorial Gets Big Victory over Higher-Ranked Norwood

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Tewksbury Memorial walked away with it. They skirted past the Norwood Mustangs 41-38. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Redmen's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts basketball rankings (they are ranked 126th, while the Mustangs are ranked 15th).

Tewksbury Memorial's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-9. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points over those games. As for Norwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-5.
