Volleyball Recap: Delta Panthers vs. Eagle Valley Devils

Delta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Eagle Valley Devils. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Devils from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

While Delta ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-23, 25-19.

Jordan Reed paced Delta's offense, picking up nine kills. Reed got some help from Chloe Sharpe and her 15 assists. Ava Martinez controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Among those leading the charge was Reese Wright, who had 12 digs and one assist. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.
