Nate Jones Goes Supernova in Ohatchee Win

Starting off the list is Ohatchee's Nate Jones, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Jones rushed for 211 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.

Unfortunately for Glencoe, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Jones. When Jones last faced the Yellowjackets back in October of 2023, he rushed for 201 yards and three touchdowns.

Colby Hester Turns in Season-Best Performance

Colby Hester produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Ohatchee to the win on Friday. Hester picked up 162 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 32 yards. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in October of 2023. Ohatchee is 4-2 when Hester posts two or more receiving touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

Glencoe's probably not too fond of Hester given he always seems to get the better of them. When Hester last faced the Yellowjackets back in October of 2023, he rushed for 166 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries.
