Baseball Recap: Indian Trail Comes Up Short

Kenosha Tremper hit Indian Trail with a five-run fifth inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Hawks came up short against the Trojans, falling 10-3. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-1 defeat on Wednesday.

Jacob Johnson made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Indian Trail has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season. As for Kenosha Tremper, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-3.
