Basketball Recap: Logan Elm Takes a Loss

After flying high against Westfall last Saturday, Logan Elm came back down to earth. The Logan Elm Braves took a hard 60-45 fall against the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs on Saturday. The Braves have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Logan Elm's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Bloom-Carroll, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season.

Logan Elm will host Grove City Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Grove City Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.7 points per game this season. As for Bloom-Carroll, they will venture away from home to challenge Bishop Ready at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bishop Ready will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Bloom-Carroll surely won't give up without a fight.
