Stanhope Elmore had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They never let the Eufaula Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Eufaula from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Jay Myers led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by himself.

Stanhope Elmore pushed their record up to 11-3-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 49 goals over those seven matchups. As for Eufaula, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-2-1 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stanhope Elmore will take on Prattville in a tournament on Friday. As for Eufaula, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Eufaula duke it out with Fultondale at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
