Schaumburg had already won 13 in a row and they went ahead and made it 14 on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Hersey Huskies by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Saxons: when they faced off against the Huskies back in April, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

The win didn't come easy: Hersey scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-18.

Schaumburg's record now sits at 21-4. As for Hersey, their defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 15-10.
