Baseball Recap: Lebanon Comes Up Short

Lebanon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Maryville Christian Lions.

Lebanon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Maryville Christian, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lebanon will face off against Marissa/Coulterville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Maryville Christian, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Althoff Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
