Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Point). They came out on top against the Dawson-Bryant Hornets by a score of 56-46 on Monday. That's more bragging rights for the Pointers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

South Point's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Dawson-Bryant, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Point will be home for the holidays to greet Chesapeake at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Chesapeake will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something South Point surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dawson-Bryant, they will take on Glenwood in a tournament on Friday.
