For the first time this season, Ledford will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Central Davidson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of Forbush.

Central Davidson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Ledford, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
