Basketball Recap: Burleson Comes Up Short

Burleson was the 57-52 winner over Joshua when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Burleson Elks fell 62-49 to the Joshua Owls on Tuesday. The Elks just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Burleson's defeat dropped their record down to 20-16. As for Joshua, their victory bumped their record up to 14-20.

As of now, neither Burleson nor Joshua have any future games scheduled.
